Returns and Refunds
Because every Pudge Pal is handmade to order, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email getpudgepals@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
